PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa and MasterCard. In the United States, we also accept Paypal Payflow Payment Gateway.
Checks and money orders are not accepted.
For security purposes, please do not include your credit card number in any email communication.
SALES TAX

Applicable sales tax will be charged on the merchandise total for orders shipped to NY, CA, IL, DC, NC, MO, WA, and MA.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We provide free, overnight shipping and insurance via FedEx on all orders to the continental United States. Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes. The shipping is done from the U.S. offices in Virginia and California after a final quality check of the jewelry.

Please contact us if you are located outside the continental United States.
Every effort is made to check the quality of the piece before it is shipped. In the unlikely event a piece you ordered arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Take photos of the packaging, the box, and close ups of the damage/defect.
In case of a damaged or defective piece, the designer and the craftsperson will assess if the piece can be repaired or needs to be replaced.
In the case of the wrong order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with photographs of the order and your original receipt. Once it is assessed it is the wrong order, please return the order exactly the way they were received (unworn, with the original packing) to the U.S. office. You will be shipped the correct piece immediately, if already in the U.S., or it will be shipped from India to the U.S. office, and then to you.
Once 24 hours have passed since receiving notification of your receiving the order and you have not contacted us, we cannot replace the piece or refund the payment.

CARE OF JEWELRY
Store your jewelry in the plastic pouches sent with your order. If you need extra pouches, do email us at info@sirjanasingh.com and we are happy to put some in the mail for you.
Avoid direct contact with lotions, oils, perfumes, or excessive moisture (like taking a shower or swimming while wearing jewelry). If needed, gently wipe the surface with a soft chamois cloth; do not use a brush or any harsh material to clean the jewelry.
It is rare but do note that the Silver Leaf and Modern Collection pieces may darken or tarnish after an extended time.
Note that the gemstones and pearls in each piece of Sirjana Singh Fine Jewelry have been carefully selected with great thought being given to create a beautiful and unique piece of jewelry. As a result, the gemstones and pearls may vary in size, color, or shape. You may be able to see inclusions in the gemstones; know that they are there to enhance the natural beauty of the piece.
