We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any item(s) in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.
We ship most items within 3-5 working days after the Acceptance of the Order(We undertake to accept or reject your order within 07 working days. If we have not responded to you within 07 working days, your offer is deemed to be rejected.We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase however the most likely reason for rejecting your offer will be that we do not currently have that product in stock or you have failed to adhere to our terms of payment or have breached one or the other terms and conditions outlined in this document. In this case payment received from you will be refunded in the similar manner in which you made payment at the end of 07 working days.).
However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 07 working days, to ship out the order, as we may have to procure it from one of our stores or the factory.
We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship out your order completely within 07 working days of the order, we shall send you an e-mail update at the expiry of 07 days giving the extended time frame for making the Item available. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it.
In such cases, where you choose to cancel the order, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment.
When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address along with Pin Code/Zip Code (mandatory) for delivery, your email address, telephone contact details. We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.
For the Purpose of Taxation/Custom Duties the shipments, each type of Product i.e. Products of different metals like Gold, Silver or Bronze are sent in separate shipments.
Any number of products of any one particular metal/type can be sent as one shipment until unless one of the products’ is not readily available in which case it is sent by separate shipment subsequently.

Delivery of your ordered product(s) will be as set out on our website.
The estimated time of delivery is 4-6 weeks, after acceptance of order(07 days).
Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods.
While we make every effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an e-mail update as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it. Payments against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment.

Enter the order number that was sent in your order confirmation e-mail and click the search button to view your information. Please allow twenty-four business day hours from the time your order was submitted for the status to begin updating.
You can also track your order via the carrier's shipping tracking system. Your shipping confirmation e-mail will contain a shipping tracking number for your use. Again, please note that it may take up to twenty-four hours from the time an item is shipped to the time information is available for viewing on the carrier's website.

The shipping charges are specified separately for different type/metal of product and vary accordingto the type, size, weight, delivery destination, or other factors.
For multiple different types of products ordered by the customer, the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. The delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different type of products.(The shipment for each type of Product/metal are sent separately as per the requirement of Customs/Taxation authorities’) Thus, a customer who orders three different types/metals of products is charged the total of all individual three delivery charges associated with each type of product.
Packaging and postage or shipping charges are an additional charge, calculated at time of purchase, based on your pin code/zip code and added separately to the cost of the product(s) to give the Total Cost of the Product(s).
All Shipments are compulsorily insured and the cost included in the Shipping Charges
The VAT/CST charges for delivery are added for shipments being delivered in India.
For International deliveries, additional custom duties and taxes may be applicable for the ordered items as per your country’s regulations, which will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery. The customer is responsible to pay this amount to the shipping company at the time of delivery, and acknowledges this when ordering from us internationally.

In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card payment will be reversed/shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/netbanking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 2 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.
